The room is unfurnished and the pictures included in this ad reflect the way we maintain the house and space. I keep it clean and we would share the responsibility of cleaning the bathroom/kitchen/taking garbage bins out/in.

So lucky for you it may feel like you live in a house by yourself a lot of times. I spend most of my time working, learning, at concerts, watching sports. I like to stay low key and mind my own business.
Other Roommate: 25 y/o with career in college athletics who works a lot and travels often. Other Roommate: 32 y/o with a career in hotel management.
We all keep to ourselves for the most part but are respectful, communicate and clean up after ourselves in timely manner.
