I am screening for the right roommate to occupy their own private room and share this single level house. Single occupancy only; No couples. The right candidate for me would be someone organized, communicates, clean, full time employed and reliable.

About me: 30’s y/o and I work in healthcare and tend to be very busy spending most of my time not home.

Other roommate: 30’s y/o who works in manufacturing.

Amenities: Central air conditioning. High speed Wi-Fi. Ring security alarm 24/7 monitor. Extra Storage cupboards in garage.

Portland Airport: 17- 20 minutes away

The numbers: Rent $700 (total)

Lease contract: 6 month lease contract. Month-to-month rental agreement after initial 6 month period.

All utilities are included. (electrical, water, garbage)

$450 security deposit (refundable if general/light “wear and tear” of occupied room when moving out).

Move in payment: First month rent, security deposit: $1,150. Pro-rated.

Must pass a background check. $15-$50 fee to process your background check and rental application.

The room is unfurnished and the pictures included in this ad reflect the way we maintain the house and space. We would share the responsibility of cleaning the bathroom/kitchen.
