Wonderful cute neighborhood where you can walk or bike to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, library, etc. Bike/walking path close by goes for miles!

But, the best part is I’m only here June - Octobers. You can use the master when I’m gone and there are two other bedrooms to use when I’m here. I will the mow and take care of the outside when I’m here. I pay HOA, taxes, insurance and trash/sewer bills and any repairs. You split the utilities with me monthly.

I am looking for a like-minded mature, liberal, agnostic woman who won’t entertain a lot when I“m here, and who is tidy and easy-going.

I am retired early, divorced, former social worker. I live in Phoenix most of the year. I am a former evangelical Christian turned atheist. I like to bike, hike, and kayak, read and just sit around playing mahjong on my computer. I’m involved in the SNN - a Simsbury social group.
