You will have the whole house to yourself from November through May, then I will take over the master bedroom from June 1 - October. We’ll split utilities all year. I am very liberal and not religious and am I’m looking for a like-minded person. No parties or sleep-over company while I’m in town.

I’m retired and live in Phoenix. Liberal atheist, non-partier, once every month or two I’ll will want to host a card game in the daytime. I like to keep things neat and I like to mow the yard and garden. You would use snowplow and mow when necessary when I’m not around. I rarely cook.
