We have a room and private bathroom in a 2 bed/2bath available for rent at City View apartments here in Hayward. Move in day will be as soon as possible. Your bedroom will have its own walk in closet and private bathroom. Laundry room is on site and less than a minute walk away from the apartment. A gym is available in the complex and there are three pools and a hot tub. Rent will be $1400 with utilities. Wifi is not included and parking is also available but will be an additional $65 making your rent 1465. We are looking to move in with one other roommate who is LGBTQ and 4/20 friendly. Preferably someone clean and respectful of our space. Must be between the ages of 25-35. Must have good credit and be respectful towards our space. Unfortunately no pets.

Your future roommates are two working individuals aged 30 and 26 who are of the LGBTQ community. We are very clean, respectful, friendly but most times keep to ourselves. Also 4/20 friendly. We have a small and energetic morkie who is very playful. He is also potty trained. We don’t mind socializing from time to time but spend most of ours days working or relaxing at home from time to time.
