I am looking for someone to take over my current roommates half of the lease. It is a 1,727sq ft. luxury apartment just minutes away from Town Center, Tinseltown, JTB, 295, 95 and Southside. There is also multiple bus stops a short walking distance away, plus tons of other amenities on site: gym, yoga studio, pool, game room, coffee bar, amazon lockers, off street gated parking, valet trash and more. You would be getting the primary/larger bedroom, as I stay in the smaller room! It has a huge walk in closet and private five piece bathroom with a linen closet and a separate soaker tub. There’s also a big storage closet in the front entry hallway and plenty of kitchen cabinets you would have half of.

I am a 24 year old studying to become a paralegal and am gone during the work day! and usually traveling / visiting my family on the weekends. When I am home, I spend a lot of time in my room. I am clean and very respectful and would not mind making a friend in the process! Rent is $1,250/ month with everything included: water, electric, gas, internet, trash and renters insurance.
