Chest of 6 large drawers for your use. Full use of kitchen, shared bathroom. Washer/dryer. Be ok with one 14 lb., 10 year old dog, (not a yapper, accompanies me to work and everywhere else possible) and two older indoor cats. (Usually asleep in cat tree.) Searching for someone gainfully employed full time outside the home. Space is only appropriate for one single person, sorry no couples, children or pets. Please no smoking, drugs, alcoholics. Quiet family neighborhood. Also, while there is adequate space provided for your clothing and a few personal belongings, there is absolutely zero space available for bins, boxes, and random storage items. Belongings may not be stacked around house inside or out, or stored in carport. Home is small, but neat and tidy and we want it kept that way.
