Our 4 story, 4,500 sq ft house is located on Ocean Park Blvd and Neilson Way (a 20 second walk to the beach). I know the HQ pictures look like they could be fake, but I promise they’re real and it’s not too good to be true. We have one room that is available November 1st. The pictures of the house speak for themselves, but the best part is the people and community we have formed here. If you are new to LA, or just looking for a group of chill friends this is the house for you.

The room is $2,300/month. It has a shared bathroom.

Room in large 4-story beach mansion (4500 sqft which is huge) 3 outdoor patios with grill, couches, and firepit. Great if you are new to the area and want to make new friends. 4 Floors Car garage and on street permit Washing facilities Pool and ping pong table Very close to the beach 2 balconies Twice yearly we host 200+ person parties Generally a quiet house unless it is one of our parties (everyone here works very hard) Private or shared bath, depending on which room you choose.

We are a group of fun mid-late-20s people who have had this lease for almost 6 years. As of right now, there are 4 guys and 3 girls, and we all get along really well. We are clean, active, love random adventures, and throw our twice yearly 200+ person parties.

One of our roommates is sadly moving out, so we have one room that is available Nov 1. The lease is month-to-month with a preference towards people with longer commitments.

So we have lots of successful entrepreneurs in the house. If you are interested in starting your own business this is the place to be. One of our neighbors plays a superhero in a major film.
