Matt's room

The location is superb. It is a 10 minute or less drive to anything that you might need: Downtown, grocery store, local bars or coffee shops, etc… Easy access to main highways and not a ton of traffic. Neighborhood is very nice so you don’t have to worry about security (aka it isn’t sketchy). You’ll have your own room and the home is fully furnished (minus the rooms you would occupy)

There is plenty of space so you should be fine doing your own thing but prefer to build some connection with roommates so it isn’t just 2+ strangers walking around a building. I am respectful of space and only ask that you treat the home as though you own it.
