Want a trustworthy female caregiver who needs a place to live in exchange for room and board. A 90 yo retired female CWO4 (similar to a commander) has processing issues and needs supervision, mostly at night because she uses a walker and sometimes has trouble transitioning from bed/chair. Some light cooking and housekeeping also, and possibly taking her to local destinations. A living allowance will also be provided with a private vehicle. Medical student or veteran would be a plus. It’s a condo in 55+ area, near golf course, shopping, with HOA privileges, including pool, gym, hobbies, cards and other Sun City Association activities all inclusive. Added room and patio for personal space.
