I’m offering a single occupancy, upstairs bedroom with a private bath for $1,000. (monthly maid service for bathroom included)

WHO ARE YOU? We prefer mature professionals who work full time outside of the home and don’t mind the ambient noise of our 3 and 5 year olds stomping, romping, screaming and playing. If you don’t have a ton of visitors, keep to yourself and are pretty much looking for a place to hang your hat, then you’d be a good fit. Be considerate, mindful of your utility use, and nice to the neighbors. Let’s be clear, we’re not looking for “roommates” or “friends” , we simply want to continue living our normal family life while you rent a room in the house.

REQUIREMENTS Single occupancy. No pets. No Smoking/Vaping/Tobacco/Cannabis inside. Limited overnight visitors. Show proof of income and must pass criminal background check.

WHO WE ARE We are a young at heart couple in our 40’s who have lived in this home for the past thirteen years. We have two wonderful, very loud and energetic, school-aged children and run a few small businesses to pay the bills. Our hobbies include electric skateboarding, foodie adventures, hiking, camping and playing outdoors.
