We’re near Margarita & Torrey Pines In the prestigious Murrieta community of Vintage Reserve. This sprawling home is just a 10 min walk to Lake Harveston and a 5 min drive to the Promenade Mall and 15 Freeway. Although I will only be renting out one of my upstairs bedrooms, there are two rooms to choose from, see details below.
WHO ARE YOU?
We prefer mature professionals or students who work/attend full time outside of the home and don’t mind the ambient noise of our 4 and 6 year olds stomping, romping, screaming and playing. And since we have small children, we don’t want anyone who is going to have a ton of visitors. We’d like to keep outside traffic to an absolute minimum. There is no common area access, unless you want to heat up something in the microwave or whip up a quick meal that you’ll eat in your room or bring with you - this ad is for a room only. Meal prepping is okay, we just dont want people hanging out in the kitchen when theyre not actively cooking. Let’s be clear, we’re not looking for “roommates” or “friends”, we simply want to continue living our normal family life uninterrupted while you rent a room. So, if you’ve got a busy schedule, keep your social life away from the house and are truly looking for a place to sleep, rest and not be bothered, we got you! Also, no more worrying about what happens if your “roommate” doesn’t pay the rent. We’ve lived in this house for fourteen years, you’re in a very stable environment and although we have kids that live in the home, they’re typically gone every weekend and are at relatives homes a couple days during the wk.
WHAT’S THE SETUP?
We have a corridor in our home with 3 private rooms.
Two of the rooms have a jack-n-jill bathroom between them. One of those rooms is currently occupied by a renter who has been renting with us for over 10 years. He’s a chill introvert that spends his after work time with his headphones on gaming on the computer. You will be in the room on the other side of him.

The room is ready and available now; however, we’re obviously looking for a very specific type of renter that won’t disrupt our current lifestyle so we’re in no rush at all to find the right fit.

WHO WE ARE
We are a young at heart couple in our 40’s who have lived in this home for the past fourteen years. We have two wonderful, very loud and energetic, school-aged children and run a few small businesses to pay the bills. Our hobbies include electric skateboarding, foodie adventures, hiking, camping and playing outdoors.
