The private staircase leads you to the entrance where you are met with a furnished space in modern decor. A kitchenette and private full bath add the finishing touches to this self contained gem.

Just large enough for a single person or student to spread out. We’ve installed a swivel smart TV that partitions the space to allow viewing from either the “living room” or “bedroom” areas.

We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 young children so there will the kind of ambient noise from the main house that you’d expect. But beyond that, we’re typically pretty quiet and expect the same in anyone living in the attached studio.
