I am renting out a beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom with a private bathroom and golf-course view from your very own private patio. Me, my wife and 1 other female currently live on the 3rd floor. We are looking for a clean and respectful housemate for the 1st floor. We prefer either a SINGLE RENTER or a COUPLE WITH NO KIDS (rent will be slightly more for couples). Rental Details:

• Deposit: $1300 for 1 rent or $1700 for a couple with no kids to be paid upfront
• Monthly rent: $1,300 for 1 renter or $1,700 for a couple with no kids
• Utilities (split between # of tenants): water, electricity, wifi, & trash (total roughly $40-$50 per person per month)
• Payment Options: Zelle, Venmo, or Cash (will be agreed upon in the lease agreement)
• Available for move-in starting October 2nd, 2023
• Valid ID and recent pay stubs required during application process

• 1 garage space available for $30 / month

General Rules:

• No drugs or smoking of any type allowed
• Guests allowed with 24+ hour notice
• No pets allowed
• No outdoor shoes allowed in the house (indoor slippers are available for use upon request)
• Mandatory housemate meeting near the beginning of lease to discuss more details and any other preferences or concerns
