My home is located 10 minutes from Brier creek and 16 minutes from downtown Durham. It is on cul-de-sac off of 70/glenwood, with street parking I am looking for a new roomie/tenant. I have one room that will be vacant by Oct 15th in my 3 bedroom house. This room is medium sized room with a queen size memory foam bed. The room is larger than the other room I’m renting at the same price because I have a small section of storage in there. The closet is bigger than the other room though. I am a scientist at a local university - I study atherosclerosis, Alzheimer’s and do stuff with NASA. It’s cool. I love my job. I go to O2 regularly and also salsa/bachata. I have 2 pups, that love to love. Ideally, I would like to find someone that would be open to helping with letting them out/watching them on occasion. They are super simple pups. I have a fully fenced in back yard, and I welcome medium to small pups as well. My house has a half bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second story. I have found I like living with introverts that keep to themselves- it’s just easier. Rent is $800/month- including all utilities and it’s $300 for the deposit. **no smokers **no couples to rent single room (think of it as $800 per person staying more than 2 nights a week)- I value my peace above all things-available.
I am a busy body Scientist and am usually out of the house at work, gym, or dancing salsa/bachata. There are 2 small pups that live here, so if you’re a dog person- that’s awesome.
