About the room

My home is located 10 minutes from Brier creek and 16 minutes from downtown Durham. I am looking for a new roomie/tenant. I have one room currently vacant in my house. The room is small, and furnished with a king size memory foam bed. I am a scientist at a local university - I study atherosclerosis, Alzheimer’s and do stuff with NASA. It’s cool. I love my job. I have 2 pups, that love to love. Ideally, I would like to find someone that would be open to helping with letting them out/watching them on occasion. They are super simple pups. I have a fully fenced in back yard, and I welcome medium to small pups as well. My house has a half bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second story. I have found I like living with introverts that keep to themselves- it’s just easier. Rent is $1200/month- including all utilities and it’s $400 for the deposit. **no smokers **no couples to rent single room (think of it as $1200 per person staying more than 2 nights a week)- I value my peace above all things-
