My home is located 10 minutes from Brier creek and 16 minutes from downtown Durham. I am looking for a new roomie/tenant. I have two rooms currently vacant in my 3 bedroom house. One room is small, furnished with a king size memory foam bed, and the other is medium sized with a queen size memory foam med. I am a scientist at a local university - I study atherosclerosis, Alzheimer’s and do stuff with NASA. It’s cool. I love my job. I go to O2 regularly and also salsa/bachata. I have 2 pups, that love to love. Ideally, I would like to find someone that would be open to helping with letting them out/watching them on occasion. They are super simple pups. I have a fully fenced in back yard, and I welcome medium to small pups as well. My house has a half bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second story. I have found I like living with introverts that keep to themselves- it’s just easier.
