The house is 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Large living room with 25 foot ceiling.

Breakfast nook, open kitchen, dining room, and room setup as library and writing room.

Big backyard with a turf area and a large 2 level patio. House is fully automated from thermostat, doors, garage door, etc. Wifi and all other utilities included.

The offer would include 2 rooms and a full bathroom that are joined on 1 side of the house.

Arrangement does not have a lot of rules, just be respectful and we’ll be cool.

I work from home and work most hours of the day.

I have 2 medium to large dogs.

I am a software engineer that is currently running 2 startups. I work from home, and I work a lot. Living alone in a large house, and looking for use of the extra rooms.
