Dames Point Road

Dames Point in a gated community, nice condo that is 1,100 SQ FT. 1 1/2 bath, 2 stories, screened-in patio, updated appliances, washer/dryer. Community pool. 2 bedrooms, i would have the larger one as I work from home M-F and need the space for my desk/computer. No smoking in the house, includes the screened in patio, i have horrible allergies, no loud large parties. Not saying you can’t have company, just be respectful. I would prefer in the age range of 35-45. Must clean up after yourself. Looking for a move-in date pretty soon, the owner wants to be out asap. Non-furnished, but I have some furniture. $800/month and we will split utilities.

I work FT from home M-F, part-time student. I have a 6-month-old puppy, who can be hyper at times, so please no cats. I love most of all genres of music, mainly rock and punk. I have tattoos and am not religious.
