$850 + utilities and wifi for one room with a private bathroom in a two-story lake house. I will live upstairs, and downstairs there is one spacial bedroom (your room) and another small one with a sliding glass door (you can rent it as an office, storage, or reading room for an extra $150 if you want)

A new set of washer/dryer, instant water heater, brand new AC units, and fully equipped kitchen. 10-15 mins to all other wonderful locations!
