West Logan Boulevard

Hello everyone! I have an open bedroom available for a male roommate looking to live in Logan Square. Just to clarify, this is for someone looking to sign a lease (not a sublet) starting October 1st or November 1st.

It’s a bright, beautiful, and renovated top floor 2 bed/1 bath apartment that faces out on the Logan Square monument park. Common areas are (almost) fully furnished, and it has central air, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. I have two cats and they are as sweet as can be. The apartment itself is super spacious, there is free parking in the back, and there’s a sizable back deck with a cool view of the skyline. It’s located across the park from the Logan Square blue line train stop.

It is currently just me living at the apartment as my ex-girlfriend moved out. I’m 26 and I work mostly from home as an investment analyst. I’m looking for someone preferably around my age who is chill and clean. I am a big gamer and I own a ton of houseplants (the photo of the kitchen is not how it normally looks lol).
