The home sits just over the hill from LCC (not South Hills) in a quiet, slightly rural neighborhood filled with birds, butterflies, and the beginnings of a permaculture garden. It’s a good fit for a mature person (35+) who enjoys organic food, outdoor space, and a calm, respectful living environment. The Room: Clean, cozy room with built-in cupboards and a closet Not large, but the shared yard and patio make up for it. Very comfortable twin bed and spacious glass desk Mini fridge available for convenience Kitchen access as long as you clean as you go. Costs: $625 per month: you can use my internet. (shared chores & light yard care are part of monthly living). $350 for 7 nights; additional nights prorated Household & Pets: One small dog and one cat live here. A fixed, well-trained, non-shedding dog may be considered if compatible and current on shots. This is more than just renting a room—it’s about creating a comfortable, cooperative home.
