The house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Woodbridge, VA.

I’m looking for someone clean, friendly, and able to live with others. No PETS. No couples or Kids. Just a single person.

You will need to have a decent job and be able to pay your rent on time.

The rent is $950/month for a Furnished basement with a private entrance (sliding door with a key). It includes a bed, bedside tables with lamps, a fridge, office space (desk and chair), a closet, and a Smart TV. Included are the utilities and Internet.

The shared areas are the kitchen, dining area, laundry, and bathroom (shared with only one immaculate, quiet, and respectful young lady) All common areas are and must be kept clean.

Before moving in, you will need a 1-year lease, a $250 Security Deposit (not the entire month), and the first month’s rent ($950).

Very friendly, clean, and quiet. Everyone stays in there room and keep the house tidy.
