The house is located in Lake Ridge, Woodbridge, a quiet and nice neighborhood.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and doesn’t party or smoke in the house (you can do whatever you want outside. I do not judge at all). No pets, couples, or kids. This is a room for a single person.

You must have a decent job and be able to pay your rent on time; rent is due the 1st of on the month. Your privacy, space, and belongings will always be respected, and I’m 100% sure you will like the place.

Rent: $850/Month. The room is Furnished with a bed, mattress, mini fridge, and smart TV. All utilities are included, including Internet. The bathroom is shared. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street, along the house.

The house is always kept clean. You will need to sign a 1-year lease and give a $250 security deposit to secure the room.

You can use the laundry room.
