The rent is more than reasonable at $700 per month we chip in for garbage water and gas which comes to 101.57 and you do have your own electric bill, which averages between $50 and $70 depend on usage. The apartment that is for rent is three large rooms bedroom has two walk-in closets. The living room has one large closet. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. There’s a pantry off the kitchen.
