Hello, internet and my fellow professionals just trying to get by and looking to solve a housing problem. My (current) solution is to rent a 2 bedroom apartment. Since it’s just me that leaves a second room that I can do nothing with, label as an activity room I’ll never use, or sublet since housing is a pain.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor. Does have limited off-street parking (omg). Central HVAC system. Main draw, as it always is, is location. IMPORTANT There was recent flooding at the apt; it is in need of repair. Until the repairs are complete this is a recognized inconvenience. So, until repairs have been completed, the rent will be $500 a month.
I work full time. When I’m not working there, I’m working another job, enjoying the outdoors, or sitting in front of my computer.
Looking for… blah, blah, don’t really care as long as you’re respectful and have a solid employment history. No firearms, alcohol, drugs and tobacco permitted on the property. I don’t like drama and those things just increase the probability of drama. I like animals, but pets are not allowed as that requires an initial deposit that was not put down.
This is a month-to-month lease agreement. Going Dutch with the utilities. Recent paystub and reference from current housing required.
