Always about location, no? I like this place since it allows me to walk to work, which is a significant quality of life factor for me. It’s a bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 3rd floor apartment. $800 month-to-month rental. Utility bill is split 50/50. Central air system.
