Welcome to your future home in beautiful Santa Monica! This inviting bedroom for rent is part of a comfy 2-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, situated in a peaceful and friendly community. The bedroom will be unfurnished and comfortably fits a queen size bed, desk, and dresser. There is also a large closet to fit any extra items. Lots of storage space in the unit with additional closets in the hall. The living room is well-lit, airy, and is perfect for relaxing and mingling with your future roommate, me :)

One of the greatest perks of this apartment is its unbeatable location. You’ll find yourself within walking distance of a wide array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. And when you’re in the mood for some sun, sand, and surf, Santa Monica Beach is just a 5 minute drive away!

Utilities are split evenly between us and usually come out to about $80/person. Laundry on site. Street parking with a permit (I will provide) - usually can find a spot within a block No dogs allowed :(

About me: 36 year old male. Former electrical engineer turned rogue math tutor. I am usually at home during the day and then work in the early evenings. I’m pretty laid back and easy going. Interests include: hiking, surfing, being generally outdoorsy, traveling, and going out for taco night with my friends. Generally clean, but not anal about it. Like to go out for a night on the town now and then, but don’t bring the party home. Also, down to crush you in Mario Kart 64. My mom says I’m her favorite person ;)

About you: Chill and respectful. Stable income and life. Not trying to go out every weekend and get blackout drunk. Generally clean, but not anal about it. Ideally, you also enjoy the outdoors, so we can hang out and do all the activities together, but it is not necessary. Believes in the Oxford comma and that pineapple is acceptable on pizza. Finally, the lease will be month-to-month, but I prefer someone that is looking to move-in long term. If you think you are a good fit, hit me up!
