About the house:
The house is a 5-minute drive from downtown and a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the North Shore (Giant Eagle, PNC Park, Heinz Field). It is a 5-minute walk to the Garden Cafe and Penn Brewery Easy access to the following bus routes: 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, and easy to access to the airport.
The bedroom is on the second floor and is unfurnished
The house is large with three floors (1900 sq ft)
Pets may be allowed after review
The house has a nice backyard (a front & back porch). There is one full bathroom on the first floor and a second full bathroom on the second floor. There is a living room and a spacious kitchen with an island. There is a washer and dryer.
Rent is $625, not including utilities. The first month’s rent and a $625 security deposit are required. You would live with one man and a woman - both responsible working professionals.
