120 sqft Room available in Washington, DC single-family home. The room is unfurnished and house is near I-295 giving easy access to VA and MD. The house is a 10 minute drive from downtown DC with easy access to metro (Anacostia & Congress Heights station). There is easy street parking available with no permit required. Lots of space in the backyard for dogs or children. The rent would be $900 for one person or $1,200 for a couples.
About the roomies
I am an accountant and an usually busy with work most days so the house would be empty during the day and mostly busy at night. I am clean and like to keep things organized. I do have a cat as well so if you’re allergic or dont like cats this may not be the best fit.
