Basement with own bathroom, kitchen & entrance available in Washington, DC single-family home. Essentially a studio apt, room is furnished with a bed. House is near I-295 giving easy access to VA and MD. Navy Yard and Downtown DC just a 10 minute drive away with easy access to metro (Anacostia & Congress Heights station). Plenty of street parking available with no permit required. Lots of space in the backyard for dogs or children.
