• SECURITY DEPOSIT: $850 Security deposit.
• APPLICATION FEE: $30 for credit and background check.
• OTHER: Renter’s insurance required
• LEASE TERM: Minimum of 3-month term required. Subject to negotiation thereafter.

There are 4 males in the house, between the ages 26-38. Everyone is respectful and considerate. 2 of the roommates are more introverted, stay in their rooms, and don’t cook too often. Myself and the other roommate tend to be more social and cook more frequently. Everyone has busy lives so rarely is everyone home (besides sleeping).
