I’m a college professor in my 50’s trying to get my groove back after a divorce. I’m an avid photographer, I enjoy hiking, and I collect colorful rocks. I like people, but I’m often a homebody, and my job requires a lot of quiet time (reading, writing, grading).
I share my home with three shy cats, a LOT of books, and two other housemates, a 29 yr old college student and a 34 yr old engineer. Everyone shares access to the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and laundry on the ground floor. We’re on friendly terms, and once in a while we share a meal, but all of us are pretty quiet and introverted people, and we tend to spend evenings in our own rooms.
I’m seeking a reliable long-term tenant who thinks they’d be a good fit in our peaceable kingdom. Fundamentally kind humans who respect and look for the good in others are especially invited to apply :) A final note: Must like cats, but have none of your own. I’m afraid mine put their paw down and said they are far too special and important to tolerate attention being paid to other pets.
