Allix's room

I have a large home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. It’s on a quarter-acre property with drought-tolerant landscaping, fruit trees, garden beds, and a mountain view. There’s a new kitchen, if you enjoy cooking, and a comfortable shared living room. The rented room could be fully, partially, or unfurnished; the upstairs bathroom would be all yours; there’s also some storage space in the garage.

I’m a 54 yr old college professor. I’m easygoing, have a good sense of humor, and am pretty sociable, but my job takes a lot of time (reading, grading) so I’d prefer a friendly but non-partying roommate. I like to run and hike, and want to start yoga; I enjoy watching movies and some sports (MLB, NFL, tennis). The house has a lot of books and a piano. Must like cats! I ended up with all four in the divorce :) Sorry, but they said no to any more pets.
