About the room

Me and my friend are looking for a 3rd person only for January. It’s a furnished room for $1050 with utilities. We are looking for someone who is respectful, CLEAN and quiet as we both work long hours. The apartment is next to Publix, Athletica, very quiet area and the neighbours are nice too. We have two pools and the unit has a patio on the second floor. No pets, smoking, trucks or couples are allowed.

About the roomies

There are 3bdr and 2bathrooms. My friend is in the other room and you would share the bathroom with him. He is a very nice and hard working guy. I am staying in the master bedroom and spend a lot of time at home working on my business. Other times I am working part time in a restaurant. Our third friend is moving out at the end of december, but move in date is negotiable.
