Hi, me and my friend are looking for a 3rd person to share our apartment for about 800/month (730+electricity and internet - water and trash are included). We are working on furnishing the apartment so it won’t be a headache for you. Preferably male as you would share the bathroom with my male friend. We are looking for someone who is respectful and quiet as we both work long hours. My friend works for UPS and I will be working in a restaurant part time because I am building my business from home! The apartment is 10 min. from downtown south of Golden Gate area. We have two pools and the unit has a patio on the second floor. It is an end unit therefore we only have one neighbor. You have to be on the lease and it ends in 12 months. No pets or couples are allowed and no smoking please!

There are 3bdr and 2bath and my friend is in the other room you would share the bathroom with. He is a very nice and hard working guy delivering packages for UPS. I am staying in the master bedroom and spend a lot of time at home working on my business. Other times I am working part time in a restaurant.
