Me and my boyfriend are looking for a third roommate to occupy one of our bedrooms. The room is furnished and you will have your own bathroom.

The house is a townhome with a nice patio and backyard, you have parking on the driveway. It is located within Berkshire Lakes, right next to Publix, Athletica.

The community has a gym, pool, pickeball, bacci and many more. We are looking for a MALE, CLEAN, QUIET and respectful roommate who would stay for at least a year or more. This is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, and don’t like drama. The community does not allow smoking anywhere and neither will we.

$1000/ month which includes water as well. Your only cost is the $30 internet that includes cable as well and electricity which is between $20-$40 per month per person.

We are a couple and work in hospitality. We work seven days during season and travel the summer time.
