Large, 13’ x 11’ unfurnished, private room with 7’ x 5’ walk in closet and your own full bathroom with linen closet, some additional storage in garage. Clean and quiet home with no pets, though I’m an animal lover and am open to pets! Trash is included with rent, water, internet and electric would be split 50/50. Complex is quiet, clean, safe, and the neighbors are very quiet. Many trees with squirrels, grassy areas, ponds with turtles, ducks and geese. Children play near the pond and people walk with their strollers and dogs very often here. Less than a mile from I-295, Wal-Mart, and very near the Naval Air Station. All photos are from September 4, 2023, and is how the place looks most of the time.

About the roomies
I’m Adam. I’m 37, straight, single, I work locally Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, and I’m pretty easy going. Mostly when I’m home I’m watching Netflix, YouTube, or playing games. I’m not much of a chef, so the kitchen isn’t used very often. I’m clean, generally pretty quiet, and respect others’ privacy and space.
