You will get your own private bathroom and unfurnished bedroom. The room is cozy (small) it can fit a king bed but a queen or smaller would be the best for space. The neighborhood is very quiet suburban neighborhood close to many grocery stores, shops, malls, restaurants, schools, colleges, highways etc… it’s a great location. Looking for 6 month stay minimum agreement. The room is ready for move in. I’m a professional that works from home full time in healthcare. I have two cats, tend to stay to myself, open-minded individual who loves to travel. Looking for working/student/ military adult roommate that’s respectful to my home, myself, cool with cats, and pays rent on time. I do require a background check, a deposit, and first months rent to move in. Background check includes showing a valid ID, proof of employment (two pay stubs), and criminal background check.
