Hello all! This is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house. My roommate Sean & I are looking for another girl or guy to take on the other private bedroom downstairs starting on October 7th until the end of the year. If you seem like the right fit then we can discuss a longer term when the time comes. The rent is $980 per month. Security deposit is $670. Both paid upon October 1st upon move in. The room comes with a bed and bedframe, dresser and a desk. If you have your own furniture we can move some of the furniture out of the room. The bathroom would be shared with myself. Utilities / Wifi are not included but they average $80 / person a month. The house comes with a washer / dryer and a dishwasher. No pets, unfortunately. There is no backyard. However, there is a little front yard with a table where you can eat your meals outside and an area to do yoga, tan, etc. There is no garage but street parking is free and is first come first served. Never had an issue with parking and there is no street sweeping so you won’t have to worry about getting ticketed. Very safe neighborhood. Right down the street from USD and walking distance to trolley / bus stop. Walking distance to local bars and restaurants like Sidecar, Cordoba, etc.
