Paolo's room

Hello all! This is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house. My roommate Justin & I are looking for another girl or guy to take on the other private bedroom upstairs starting on May 1st. The lease is month-to-month. The rent is $1180 per month. Security deposit is $670. Both paid upon May 1st upon move in. The room comes with a lot of closet space and a desk. There is currently a bed in the room and we’re willing to sell it to you to avoid any difficulties finding your own. Utilities / Wifi are not included but they average $80 / person a month. The house comes with a washer / dryer and a dishwasher. No pets, unfortunately. There is no backyard. However, there is a front yard with a table where you can eat your meals outside and an area to do yoga, tan, read etc. There is no garage but street parking is free and is first come first served. Never had an issue with parking and there is no street sweeping so you won’t have to worry about getting ticketed. Very safe neighborhood. Right down the street from USD and walking distance to trolley / bus stop. Walking distance to local bars and restaurants like Sidecar, Cordoba, etc.

Looking for someone 21+ who is respectful, clean, laid back and has a steady income. Justin is 22 & I am 24. Looking for someone preferably in their 20’s. Must have a job. Paolo (myself) usually works at night and Justin works during the morning or mid day but someone will always be home. I (Paolo) enjoy working out, cooking, photography, surfing and music on my free time. Justin likes to do drone videography for surfing, read, surf and play chess.
