I am renting a large bedroom in the house ($1400). Overall, the house is a huge space available, about two thousand and nine hundred square feet total. Completely renovated, furnished main level. There is a washer/dryer, amazing kitchen, dining area, additionally, the room for rent will include private bathroom for renter. House has 4 bathrooms, 2 walk out deck spaces, ample parking, and new hardwood floors. I’m open to slight negotiation on rent price.

I am looking for a responsible and respectful individual to have a housemate. I’m a Doctor and have my clinic close to the house but spend a lot of time at work. I have 2 cats, I’m quiet and respectful myself and value respectful autonomy and privacy. There’s no problem with sharing common space for me as long as it is kept relatively clean and treated well. I have a lot of nice things in the house which I’m fine with sharing with a housemate. I am wanting to rent the basement as a separate studio apartment with its own entry and bathroom. The main floor with living and dining space, and custom kitchen with modern appliances and double ovens. The house is a great place to live and I’m a friendly and reasonable person. It’s fine to invite people over but please no crazy parties or anything. I have a large hospital grade air filter on the main level to help eliminate possible allergens and keep the space safe. I’m LGBTPQ friendly, treat people with dignity, and am looking for someone who is mature, reliable, and shares similar values to have a a housemate.
