I am looking for a responsible and respectful individual to have a housemate. I’m a Doctor and have my clinic close to the house but spend a lot of time at work. I have 2 cats, I’m quiet and respectful myself and value respectful autonomy and privacy, but I am also friendly and can be social. The studio comes with essential everything and anything you may need, however there’s no problem with sharing common space on the mail level for me as long as it is kept relatively clean and treated well. I have a lot of nice things in the house which I’m fine with sharing with a housemate. I am wanting to rent the basement as a fully furnished, separate studio apartment with its own private keyed entry and en-suite bathroom as well as a kitchenette space with your own fridge and air fryer, hot plate, and microwave. All of the furniture for the studio is literally brand new (less than a month old). The main floor is a common space, with living and dining room, and custom kitchen with modern appliances and double ovens if you need additional storage or want to use the full kitchen. The house is a great place to live and I’m a friendly and reasonable person. It’s fine to invite people over but no crazy parties or anything please. I have a large hospital grade air filter on the main level to help eliminate possible allergens and keep the space safe as well as an additional air filter in your studio. I’m LGBTPQ friendly, treat people with dignity, and am looking for someone who is respectful, mature, reliable, and shares similar values to have as a renter.
