Quiet cul-de-sac home located in Stetson Hills just off of Powers, minutes away from Cosco, Super Target, and a multitude of restaurants and entertainment. The available room is a basement with it’s own living area and brand-new private bathroom. Basement has access through the garage and comes unfurnished. If you have additional stuff that you may not have space for otherwise, the garage and backyard shed have plenty of storage space for you in the event you don’t want to use pay for a storage unit. The house has new appliances including a smart fridge/dishwasher, a dual oven, A/C and furnace.

Currently, I have someone else living in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but they will be leaving in early April. I’m not looking for a specific type of person, other than someone that is easy to get along with. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing golf, going to concerts, spending time with my girl Olive or grilling and watching football. I have a 4 year old German Shepherd and I’m open to a person who has a dog(s), regardless of the breed as long as the dogs can get along together. Must be house broken, and pets would require an extra $50 per pet, per month.
