The available is an upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom that no one else would be occupying. The room is unfurnished, and you may use the extra bedroom as storage if you need it, in a addition to the garage and backyard shed. The house has new appliances including a smart fridge/dishwasher, a dual oven, A/C and furnace.

I’m not looking for a specific type of person, other than someone that is easy to get along with. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing golf, going to concerts, spending time with my girl Olive or grilling and watching football. I have a 4 year old German Shepherd and I’m open to a person who has a dog(s), regardless of the breed as long as the dogs can get along together. Must be house broken, and pets would require an extra $50 per pet a month.
