17th Street

Right in the middle of Santa Monica, a mile from third street promenade, and 17 blocks from the beach. Theres high ceilings in the main room and a rooftop balcony. The room has its own bathroom and plenty of natural light from the windows.

I’m Stephen I’m 27 and I’m pretty clean with the apartment, I hope you are too. I’m home more during the winter months when I’m not traveling, and then in the summer I’m mostly gone in another apartment for work. My job is somewhat seasonal. I’m pretty fun and open, I do host some friends at the apartment every once in a while, but you’ll usually find me working in the loft or out and about at the gym or with friends. Im looking for someone who’s relaxed, ok with some social gatherings at the house, and preferably pretty clean. I keep things organized as much as I can.
