Stay active in our small gym or unwind in the entertainment/game room.

The home is conveniently located just a mile from George Washington’s estate and the scenic GW Parkway bike path and trail.

Rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to an in-home washer and dryer. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video from the comfort of your private room, wich comes furnished with a desk and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Shared spaces include a spacious living room and an entertainment room for you to enjoy. The backyard, affectionately known as “Colonial Island,” is a serene and picturesque retreat, making this home truly special.

We are a friendly and welcoming family of three- two parents, both with military backgrounds, and our 14-year-old daughter. We embrace Hawaiian-style values and a strong sense of community.

Our furry family member, Rocko, is a sweet and affectionate American Bully who loves making new friends. During the summer months, we enjoy gardening and growing fresh fruits and vegetables in our backyard.

To maintain a peaceful and comfortable living environment for everyone, and due to the safety of our daughter, we do not permit overnight guests. And while we adore animals, we are unable to accommodate additional pets at this time.
