This property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the 60 and shopping. The property itself has a spacious yard area, shared kitchen and common area, and separate office area/garage to store any items too large for the room itself. Covered parking in the back in addition to uncovered parking in the front (spacious enough for vehicles as large as an RV). There is one other room available and will be filled dependent upon other applications, so the bathroom (considered my guest bathroom) may be shared.
