The room for rent is in a quiet home and neighborhood. It’s spacious to where you can have a queen bed fit comfortably. There is a shared kitchen, common area, and bathroom. The 60 is a 2-3 minute drive, and there is a Fry’s, Walgreens, Goodwill, etc. close by with great restaurants also in the area.

The other occupants to the house are myself and one other. The other tenant stays to herself and is mostly caught coming to and fro from work and with friends. I’m a teacher and tend to be overall quiet and reserved, but I always welcome others to hang out in the common area. I play Dungeons and Dragons in the back office, and tenants are more than welcome to join and play when there are sessions. If you’re looking for a calm and quiet household, this is the place to be. I do have a cat and she is friendly to most everyone and will initially just sniff around, but once she gets comfortable she will be playful.
