The room is neatly furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a smart tv. The rent includes high speed internet all utilities. As a GUEST in our home you have access to common areas such as kitchen and laundry. Potential Guest MUST BE 26 y/o UP! MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE INCOME! SSI IS OK!
