About the room
I am relocating for work and rather that paying the fee to break the lease, I wanted to see if anyone was interested in taking over a short lease from October to January 18th. It is a studio apartment at Fusion apartments (8283 Baymeadows Rd E, Jacksonville, FL). If you are interested, you would need to pay $200 to add your name to the lease and then I will take the step to remove my name off of the lease. You must make 3x the rent ($4,602 per month gross) and pass the background check.
It is a 585 sq ft studio apartment on the 2nd floor, has elevator access, has a washer/dryer in unit, has a small patio, has a free outdoor parking lot, etc. It is a very nice apartment facility with fob access to get into the building, beautiful amenities: nice pool, 24 hr gym, movie theater, game room, etc.
Keep in mind that rent is $1534 plus utilities. If you have a pet, want a spot in the parking garage, want a storage unit, etc that will be additional fees.

About the roomies
I will not be living here, you would be taking over the lease and living here on your own.
