THE SPACE A brand-new, spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath in-law apartment with over 1300 sq ft of finished space + unfinished storage options available. The in-law apartment has its own kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer; neither is shared with the main home.

Open access to all of the outside features of this corner lot home: wrap-around front porch, covered back patio, good sized yard with garden complete with three prolific grape vines and raised beds with a drip system. While not a requirement, preference definitely given to folks excited about gardening!

Completed in August 2023, this apartment was built with care and upgrades since long-term (2+ years out) it was designed for the owner of the home to live in: 10 ft ceilings, large windows, surround sound speaker system, beautiful hardwood flooring, central vacuum including a vacuum dustpan in the kitchen, granite countertops, soft close cabinets and drawers, custom built display plate & mug rack, and brand new kitchen appliances–spacious french door fridge with water and ice built-in, full sized dishwasher, and an induction stove.

Please, no dogs or cats of any kind. No exceptions.

• Base rent is $2300/month for a fully furnished in-law
• Utilities (water/trash/electric/gas) + Fiber (very fast!) Internet + Professional Housecleaning Services are bundled together for $200/month for the first occupant and $100/month for each additional occupant
• $1500 fully refundable security deposit. Paying in installments is negotiable.
• $400 non-refundable fee to hold the apartment. This gets applied to your first month’s rent if you move in.

THE LOCATION If you love nature + the convenience of leaving your car at home, this room is ideal. You can walk to dozens of shops, stores, and restaurants; Waneka Lake and half a dozen other parks are within walking distance. You can easily get to downtown Lafayette and Louisville on the trails. There’s a DASH bus stop just down the street that will take you right to downtown Boulder and the Coal Creek & its trail system are at the end of our block, literally. I am also 1.5 miles from Good Samaritan, 5 miles from Avista Adventist, 10 miles from Foothills, 7 miles from St. Anthony North, 15 miles from UC Health Long Peak, and 20-25 miles from St. Joseph’s / Rose Medical / St. Luke’s.

I am a 34 year old former Director of Software Engineering who is currently on a personal sabbatical to recharge. I am in tech, but am also very creative. I have a plethora of hobbies centered around art, music, food/cooking, board games, DnD, exercise, Spanish, French, the outdoors, dancing, mental health advocacy, etc.
