THE ROOM Private, furnished bedroom with king sized bed and shared bathroom (but with separate sinks). TV and full workstation with desk/monitor/mouse/keyboard in room if desired. Access to common living spaces, storage, and the ability to have guests over. There is a combo yoga/exercise/music/reading space upstairs and a dedicated art room on the main floor.

• Rent is $1000/month + $200 for utilities/internet/professional monthly housecleaning
• $750 fully refundable security deposit.
• Possibility to extend past 3 months.

No dogs or cats of any kind due to allergies. No smoking inside. Couples are an extra charge.

THE HOME Large, newer home (2017) with upgraded features for a luxurious feel. Corner lot, wrap-around front porch, covered back patio, good sized yard with raised beds if gardening excites you.

Hickory hardwood on the main level, gas fireplace, 10 foot ceilings throughout, 2 separate HVAC systems (main floor is separate from the upstairs), central vacuum, and full-home speaker system.

The gourmet kitchen is absolutely amazing—quartz countertops, TWO ovens, 5-burner gas range, TWO dishwashers, separate pantry, reverse osmosis filtered water, and attached sunroom.

THE LOCATION If you love nature + the convenience of leaving your car at home, this room is ideal. You can walk to dozens of shops, stores, and restaurants; Waneka Lake and half a dozen other parks are within walking distance. You can easily get to downtown Lafayette and Louisville on the trails or via the DASH bus stop just down the street.
