There is easy access to the 805/5/56 freeways. While the home is in Sorrento Valley, we are close to the restaurants and amenities of Torrey Hills, Mira Mesa, and Del Mar. The home has two shared bathrooms for 4 Tenants. There’s a large backyard with garden, fruit trees, grill and table, family room, separate living room and small library.
Currently, there are 4 male roommates (Tenant’s age range from 20 to 32). We are all professionals. The house is kept clean, each of us respect each others privacy, we live with trust, clean up after ourselves and keep our belongings in our rooms with the exception of the homeowner who has the house furnished. We are looking for similar qualities when renting to potential Tenants.
